ONE YEAR TO LIVE ONLINE COURSE
MEETS ONCE A MONTH ONLINE FOR 12 MONTHS
This course is an opportunity to approach our mortality in a contemplative and conscious way. You will receive monthly resources and reflection questions that will invite you to reflect on what is important to you and what you may change if you had only a year to live. You will contemplate the beauty of each season of the year through reading poetry, looking at art and listening to music. Towards the end of the year you will be invited to take tangible steps towards end of life decisions such as finalizing a will.

COURSE DETAILS
The course is a 12 month journey exploring our own lives through an imaginative and explorative concept that we have only one year to live. We meet every first Wednesday of the month on zoom from 6:00-8:00pm EST.
In between sessions you will receive monthly resources for your reflection and exploration around the theme of mortality.
Price: One-time fee of $350
