Coaching sessions and astrological readings are provided online on zoom, or in person. ( in San Miguel de Allende)
The client will be charged the full fee for their session if canceled 24 hours or less before scheduled session.
No Refunds are given. A credit will be given should a client needs to cancel with short notice for a valid reason such as illness, caretaking duties, or other onerous circumstances beyond control.
To change or cancel a session a text Felicitas at (716) 601-8244. ( USA number) This number is also on Whatsapp. This must be done 24 hours or more before the time of the scheduled session.
If you are late for a session notify Felicitas by text at (716) 601-8244.
Astrological readings on zoom will be recorded and a link to the recording will be emailed to the client. Recordings of astrological readings will be deleted after two weeks of the session. If client would like to have continued access to the recording they will need to download it on their device. If you are receiving an astrological reading in person you can record the session on your phone.
Gift certificates must be redeemed within one year of issue date.
The 3 Rays coaching sessions consist of 3 sessions. In the event of cancellation because of illness or emergency, a missed session will be rescheduled at mutual convenience. If a session is missed without a valid reason and/or not canceled with 24 hrs or more notice before the scheduled appointment, the session will count as one session taken.
If a 3 Rays coaching session needs to be suspended for a valid reason such as illness, caretaking duties, or other onerous circumstances beyond control monthly payments will continue until the sessions are are paid up. paid in full. Remaining sessions will be rescheduled to be continued at a later time and within a year of the last session taken.
